Hotmilk founder Lisa Ebbing felt this when pregnant with her first child and set out to push boundaries and change how the world sees motherhood and maternity lingerie.

Changing the landscape of maternity lingerie wasn’t without challenges—some deemed it too racy, and YouTube even flagged the 2011 season launch as 18+ maternal content.
